Removing fatty deposits
If they are very localised, I propose cryolipolysis, a non-invasive medical technique that destroys fatty deposits by cold.
For other indications, I use liposculpture which has made a lot of progress.
Its lasting results can be improved by radiofrequency, a revolutionary technique. It is used in cases of distended skin after the insertion of the probe under the skin in the arms, inner thighs, and abdomen without leaving any scars.

Breast surgery
Maternity and weight fluctuations modify the mammary gland and the fat it contains, causing the breasts to become heavier and saggy.
Breast reduction
In this indication, scars are now limited to a vertical or even an L-shape rather than the large T-shape as it used to be a few years ago. An innovative treatment of scars may improve their quality, without eliminating them.
Breast augmentation
For breast augmentation I use silicone gel implants which are highly guaranteed by the manufacturers. Most of the time, I insert them by alveolar way and behind the muscle for a very natural look, the operation being undetectable.
These prostheses must be changed every ten years. To avoid having to perform more operations, when patients have excess fat, we now replace the insertion of prostheses by fat injections into the mammary gland, especially in the upper part of the breast.
Abdominoplasty
We still perform major abdominoplasty using techniques that avoid the complications that were encountered a few years ago without eliminating them completely.
To tighten the skin of moderately distended tummies after childbirth or weight loss, I prefer radiofrequency. It gives good results without leaving a scar but its main advantage is that it avoids the risks of skin necrosis and pulmonary embolisms, less frequent than in the past but still possible with a tummy tuck.
